Sabé began in 2014 when Steve Dohse and Shelley Smithson saw a big opportunity to start changing people’s lives for the better. Through their network of builders, they started constructing energy-efficient, high-quality, and beautiful modular and manufactured homes in Flagstaff, Arizona that cost far less than site-built homes in the Mountain West.
Today, we are creating stunning and sustainable living spaces for first-time homebuyers and second-home owners in Northern Arizona. Our newest floorplan, a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage, helps homeowners maximize their backyards for big returns. The prefab single-story homes make great long-term rentals, short-term rentals, and accessory dwelling units!
