There is no typical cost because there are variables: size of home: single, double or triple-wide; standard model features and the location where the home will be installed (local building codes, County roof load). Do I need to own my own land? Can I put a manufactured home anywhere?
We have options for manufactured homes for your own property or if you live in a community. If you are working with a realtor to buy your own land make sure the zoning is suitable for a manufactured (or modular) home. Always check for local HOA and CCR restrictions.
Can I customize a home?
There can be options to customize a floor plan depending on the manufacturer along with many decor options. We will find out what’s important to you and help you personalize a home so that it fits your budget, because there is a home for everyone and every budget!
Who will handle the construction work?
We are a full service company and can handle the delivery and set up of your home as well as permitting, site preparation, foundation, utilities installation and any other additions such as adding a porch/decks and garage.
Do you stock models I can view?
We make our homes to order and don’t stock homes for purchase so contact us for information on the floor plans we can order from our manufacturers.
Can I put an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) on my property?
A detached ADU can be an affordable, practical solution to expanding your living space (for mixed generational living, elderly family members or guests) or to take advantage of potential rental income, but there are various complex State and local regulations and zoning ordinances to comply with. What is the difference between manufactured and modular homes?
Manufactured homes are constructed according to a code administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD Code). The HUD Code, unlike conventional building codes, requires manufactured homes to be constructed on a permanent chassis. Modular homes are constructed to the same state, local or regional building codes as site-built homes.
