Sabé Homes is a licensed and bonded manufactured home developer committed to excellence and committed to people. Our mission is to build sustainable, attainable, beautiful, and empowering manufactured and modular homes in Northern Arizona. We are licensed through the State of Arizona Department of Housing. Sabé specializes in selling factory-built homes to first and second-home buyers. We also sell small, ultra-efficient modular cottages and accessory dwelling units.

Who Is Sabé?
STEVE DOHSE
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Steve is the owner and construction team leader of Sabé Homes. Steve decided to transition to manufactured/modular homes in 2015 because he saw the need for affordable housing in Northern AZ. He has experience of being a realtor and general contractor, so he has been helping people achieve homeownership for over 30 years. Due to his experience in construction, he is aware of all the building codes and special needs for installing a factory-built home on the property in Northern AZ.
Steve lives in Flagstaff, and when he’s not in the office or supervising on-site construction work, you will find him spending fun time with his family and grandkids and enjoying hiking, biking, and skiing, as well as indulging his love of music by drumming with a local band.
TONIA AUTY
SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE
Tonia has worked with Sabé Homes since 2017 after relocating from her hometown of London, England where she worked in the music industry. She brings with her a strong background in administration and customer service, and is now focusing on sales. Her goal is to provide the best possible service for buyers and she strives to ensure that the Sabé home-buying process is enjoyable and stress-free. Tonia loves the Flagstaff community and spending time with her husband, traveling, enjoying music and running.

We are an independent retailer that works with the largest manufactured homebuilders in the Southwest — Cavco West and Clayton Homes. Specifically, Clayton Homes is a manufacturer of modular homes and manufactured homes dedicated to green construction practices.
