Sabé Homes is a licensed and bonded prefab home developer committed to excellence and committed to people. Our mission is to build sustainable, attainable, beautiful and empowering homes in Northern Arizona. Sabé Homes works with the largest prefab homebuilders in the Southwest — Cavco West and Clayton Homes. We are licensed through the State of Arizona Department of Housing. Sabé specializes in selling factory-built homes to first and second home buyers. We also sell small ultra-efficient cottages and turnkey rental properties.

Who Is Sabé?
STEVE DOHSE
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
Steve is our construction team leader. He also owns White Dove Coffee Shop in Flagstaff. Steve has worked as a general contractor, realtor, and minister. Steve and his wife Julia live in Flagstaff and have been married 38 years. They have 4 children and 4 grandchildren. Steve keeps everyone at Sabé Homes uplifted with his positive attitude. He especially enjoys helping people achieve their goal of home ownership.
TONIA AUTY
SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE
Tonia has worked with Sabé Homes since 2017 after relocating from her hometown of London, England where she worked in the music industry. She brings with her a strong background in administration and customer service, and is now focusing on sales. Her goal is to provide the best possible service for buyers and she strives to ensure that the Sabé home-buying process is enjoyable and stress-free. Tonia loves the Flagstaff community and spending time with her husband, traveling, enjoying music and running.
